Each new townhome condominium features two bedrooms, one full bathroom plus a half-bath, private yard space, parking for 1+ cars with EV charging capability, and energy efficient heating and cooling systems.
Complete homeowner document packages will be available to potential buyers in early 2025.

To Qualify
Each home will be priced intentionally to be affordable to buyers making no more than 120% of the Area Median Income ($101,160). Local banks can help potential owners navigate the mortgage qualification and application process. All buyers of properties in this development must be pre-qualified for a mortgage and agree to affordability covenants that will ensure the home is sold to future income-eligible buyers. Potential buyers who present BRDC with a mortgage pre-qualification letter and a home buyer education completion certificate will be placed on a waiting list for a home on Butler Road.
